CNC Set up Machinist
Position Summary
- CNC Milling / Lathe experience in a job shop environment. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision. Can read and understand blueprints including geometric symbols and tolerances. Have a working knowledge of Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas controls. Have the knowledge and ability to set-up CNC Milling / Lathe machines with the proper tooling and holding fixtures to complete the required machining operations from blueprints, hand sketches as well as handwritten and verbal instructions. Fabricate parts from cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, oil hard tool steel, aluminum and plastic and other exotic materials. Working knowledge of the Measuring and Test Equipment required for inspection of the machined part throughout the manufacturing process.

- Monday – Friday 7a – 4:30p

Mechanical Inspector
Position Summary
Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, work instructions, dimensions, and tolerances. Capable of verifying machine parts to conformance specifications. Must be able to interpret geometric tolerances, and dimensions. Provide support to manufacturing and management.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience or training.
- Reading and understanding blueprint specifications, capable of determining and verifying dimensions and tolerances.
- Working knowledge in the use of verniers, micrometers, CMM, height gages, optical comparator, and other relevant tools.
- Supports first piece, first article inspections, and in process inspections. Provides support for manufacturing staff and management.
- Capable of interpreting tolerancing and geometric dimensions.
